If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right cleanly, quickly, and without friction.

Returns Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unworn
  
• Unwashed
  
• In original condition with tags attached

Exchanges — Complimentary

We offer free exchanges on all eligible items.
If your fit isn’t right, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Because how it fits is just as important as how it feels.

Returns — Flexible Options

You have two options when returning an item:

1. Store Credit (Recommended)

Receive your refund as store credit +10% added value.
A reward for staying in the Raw Impulse mindset.

2. Original Payment Method

Refunds to your original payment method are available.
Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund.

Final Sale

Select items are marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
These include limited releases and discounted pieces.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll take care of it immediately replacement or full refund, on us.
